We connect energy deals and projects with the financing they need, negotiating with banks, institutions and investors and helping structure the agreement.
We stay between the parties throughout the deal: documentation, coordination and follow-up until it closes and is executed, with trusted counterparties.
We place ourselves at the center of the deal: we bring together the buying and selling parties, and whoever finances it.
The other half of what we do: when a deal or an energy project needs capital, we put it in front of whoever can finance it and help negotiate the agreement.
We act as a bridge between whoever has the deal (operators, producers, buyers) and whoever can finance it (banks, institutions and investors). We are not a fund or a bank: we open the door, present the case and accompany the negotiation through to close, drawing on the same relationships from the energy business.
