We connect European energy infrastructure projects with whoever can finance them.
We work exclusively with energy infrastructure investment projects in Europe (solar, wind, storage, grids). Depending on the mandate, we look for financing for a specific project, or — when we act on the mandate of a bank, fund or investor — we look for the projects that fit their investment criteria. We are not a bank or a fund, and we don't finance trading or buy-sell operations of energy or derivatives: we open the door, present the case and support it through to close.
How we help finance
We work with two types of mandate, always on energy infrastructure projects in Europe. We don't issue financing ourselves: we manage it with whoever is responsible.
Buy-side mandate
A bank, fund or investor engages us to find them projects. We filter energy infrastructure opportunities in Europe that fit their investment thesis.
Energy project finance
Debt and equity structuring for the project: financial modeling, securing sources and support through to financial close.
Due diligence & preparation
Technical, commercial and documentary review of the project so it can be presented to financiers with solid guarantees and no surprises.
Formal mandate & NDA
Before moving sensitive information between the parties, we formalize the search mandate (for a project or for capital) under a confidentiality agreement.
Support through to close
We support the negotiation and documentation through to disbursement and the project's financial close.
Sell-side and buy-side, kept separate from trading
This service is independent from energy and derivatives trading: here we work only on European energy infrastructure investment, never buy-sell operations. Whether the mandate comes from the project or the financier, the goal is the same: close the capital deal with the right guarantees.

- Formalizing the mandate (sell-side or buy-side) and signing an NDA.
- Due diligence and preparing the technical and financial documentation.
